Thanks for being there to serve us ! I am a 70 year old Air Force Veteran. Stroke victim as of 12/24. Diagnosed with hypertension, Diabetes, and aortic stenosis, with a CKD score of 60.

I normalized my BP, and fasting blood glucose levels, within 2 months on a carnivore diet; without medication. I have restored circulation to my legs and feet, overcoming neuropothy, by drinking loose Black Tea !

I don't know what my present CKD score is, but want to go plant protein based to get my kidneys as healthy can be. Next PCP evaluation is August 2025. I will follow your recommendations for the best results !
