After living with uncontrolled type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure for 17 years, in April of 2022, the author, Glenn Letteer was diagnosed with stage 4 chronic kidney disease with an eGFR of only 21. He was told by his physician to begin preparing for dialysis and a kidney transplant. He was devastated with the news and was told there was absolutely "No medical cure" for stage 4 CKD.

Rather than accept his fate, he began feverishly developing his own plan to heal himself. In the process he attained certification as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Kidney Health Coach, and Certified Health & Wellness Coach. 90 days after his diagnosis his A1C had dropped from 14 to 5.3, he no longer had high blood pressure, and his eGFR had risen to 79. One year later he was told by a nephrologist he no longer had CKD.

Through his YouTube videos and Facebook group, he has helped nearly 700,000 people with CKD, Diabetes, and high blood pressure improve, heal, and cure themselves.

The author, Glenn Letteer has many hobbies. He enjoys traveling, riding motorcycles and marksmanship as well as arts and crafts. He is an FAA licensed Private Pilot as well as a Commercial UAV (Drone) pilot.
Following high school he enlisted in the United States Army and completed basic training and AIT as a 13F Fister at Fort Sill Oklahoma before being deployed to Neu-Ulm Germany at the height of the Cold War. While in Germany, he met his wife Petra and remained in the military until the end of Operation Desert Storm. He attended American Military University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Intelligence Studies as well as an MBA with a concentration in Homeland Security Resource Allocation He later completed a Doctorate of Education with a specialization in Performance Improvement.
He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Kidney Health Coach, Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, and a Diabetes Health Coach.
